Christopher M. Tucker


Christopher M. Tucker is a patent agent in Pillsbury's Intellectual Property practice. He performs various tasks related to patent prosecution including all aspects of preparing and prosecuting patent applications, arranging for patentability, state-of-the-art, infringement, and validity searches. Chris worked for Xybernaut Corporation where he prosecuted patent applications in the areas of computer hardware and software, communications, business methods and electronics. He developed strategies and company policies for intellectual property.


Chris has also served as a Patent Examiner in the United States Patent and Trademark Office where he was responsible for examining patent applications in the field of cryptography and information security, including cryptographic protocols, secure electronic commerce, computer networks, wireless communication, public key infrastructure, virtual private networks, digital cash, digital signatures, digital certificates, and digital watermarks.
