Nicole Ippolito

I received by BS in Physics from Miami in 2002.  In May 2008, I graduated from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, with both my MS and PhD.  While my MS is strictly non-thesis, for my PhD research, I spent three years at CERN (the European Organization for Particle Physics Research) on the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) detector.  In July 2008, I began working with the US Patent and Trademark Office as an examiner--the same job Einstein had when he conceived his theory of general relativity.
