Rhys Williams
Rhys Williams is in the National Nuclear Security Administration and specializes in the management and analysis of subjects at the intersection of technology development and national security policy. After Miami, he received an MA in Science, Technology, and Public Policy from the Elliot School of International Relations at George Washington University, and a PhD in Public Policy from the School of Public Policy, George Mason University. Additionally, he was qualified as a nuclear-power plant manager through the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.
