Rylan Alan Peters

After receiving my BS in Engineering Physics and BA in Chemistry in 2001, I married (Sherry Peters) and began trading power and natural gas contracts for Cinergy in Cincinnati. My work has taken us first to Houston and now to New York City, where I have worked for Goldman Sachs and currently Credit Suisse as a Midwest Power trader.

Although I am now in the financial world, I really enjoyed my time in the physics department at Miami and would not change my education path whatsoever. I remember spending some late nights in Culler and grinding for solutions to problems that did not seem to have answers...

I nearly finished my MBA at Xavier University before my job started moving me around. Sherry and I just had our first child, Maxwell and we are having lots of fun with that!
