Steve Epperson
Graduated MU BS Physics - 1986
Graduated OSU MS Nuclear engineering - 1988
Started work as a radiological engineer doing shielding calculations and design of new nuclear facilities at the Savannah River Site. Eventually, I worked my way up the food chain to be a Facility Manager of Radiological Operations in a plutonium stabilization facility. I left Savannah River Site in 2005, and ended up, of all things, teaching high school science, specifically chemistry, physics, and AP physics.
